The Romance of the Moth and the Flame

Simply incredible from start to finish.  I haven't felt this seen and this validated by a story in a very, very long time; I was a frazzled, teary-eyed mess by the end, heheheh~  For that matter, the art and presentation alike are airtight throughout.

Phenomenal, stunning. I adored the theater presentation and the script of its "one-woman" show; the Ave Mujica Episode 11 inspiration really shines and you've told an amazing drama. As one with "many psyches crammed into a beautiful body" I get the whole issue of contradictions of desiring to live among mortals versus embracing the truth. Big ups on that.

Basically perfect. The presentation is stunning, the writing is immaculate and the ending really makes you feel. The Understudy did nothing wrong in her life.

Wow, this was stunning. I loved the presentation with the cuts and everything, the narrative was very good aswell and I could sense some of your inspirations (ave mujica anyone?). There was also some, almost vampiric theming that I really fucked with.

Absolutely stunning presentation. The directing of the camera, hurriedly panning around the screen at times, the gentle flap of the moth's wings during the monologues, and the heartbreaking story of jealousy, pining, and desire to be free. 

I've read/watched/played games with theatrical inspirations before, but this is probably my favorite use of the stage presentation yet! Incredible work.

The theatrical presentation is absolutely intoxicating. I can't believe you managed something so engrossing in the span of a game jam! I had my breath tight the entire time totally enthralled. I can't even begin to touch on the story because all of it just filled me with so much.... art. Poetry. It reminded me very much of my favourite band/theater troupe who does shows combining music, circus and poetry. And one of their mottos is "Poetry Prevails". That's how I felt about it. I came into this jam thinking about ways I wanted to stretch and tear the medium and you did something phenomenal with it. Absolutely stellar performance. 

This was incredible. Both the art and writing jsut packed me by the hand and didn't let me go while leading me through the stage play. The way the scenes and words play together to create something greater together is really impressive.
